Officer’s
Rudi
Retired cinematographer hailing from New York, and currently residing in Phnom Penh. Rudi is a certified EMB-B (Emergency Medical Technician) providing basic health care first aid to people in need. He coordinates all medical assistance to the homeless and villagers during our routine visits. Rudi is the Chairman of CHOICE.
Ross
A self funded retiree from Geelong Australia. Ross is the remaining founder of CHOICE arriving in Phnom Penh in 2005. He was actively involved in feeding the scavengers at the Steung Meanchey rubbish dump before its closure. Ross is Secretary of CHOICE and is in charge of the Village trips.
Mark
Mark is our Treasurer, he has worked in Holland as a cook and now he only spends a couple of months a year their working as a clown, juggler, balloon twister and some magic. For the rest of the year he enjoys the weather and the people in Cambodia and entertains the children at the Village with his skills.
Angela

A popular Cambodian radio host and DJ, Angela is a valuable member of CHOICE and her local knowledge and insight are imperative in delivering the right services to the needy. Angela was the Founder of our Village Trips, and she is our Public Relations Officer.
Ian
Having travelled extensively in Asia since 2007, Ian is now happily settled in Cambodia along with his young son Ronnie. ‘Taking my son to the villages and orphanages will hopefully give him a valuable education that could not be taught in the classroom. Ian is Vice Chairman of CHOICE.
Kevin
Kevin is a teacher at Panasastra university. He has lived in Phnom Penh since 2005 and has been actively involved in CHOICE as a volunteer and fund raiser for over a year. “I teach fortunate children during the week and I try to help the forgotten kids at the weekend”.
Richard
Richard is from the UK and has lived in Cambodia since 2007. He has worked in the advertising and marketing industry, including a year and a half as a travel journalist and photographer. Richard is the CHOICE promotions officer.
Melanie
Melanie’s from Seattle, WA & brings two years ESL experience in Phnom Penh. “Kids & English are my two passions in life!. ” Naturally Mel became C.H.O.I.C.E.’s Children’s Entertainment Officer & Minute Secretary.
Rosa
Chan

Chan is the Manager of Chiva’s Shack. Born in Phnom Penh and spent 5 years in Aukland New Zealand where he completed his high school education. Chan has been a keen supporter of CHOICE for several years and is now a valuable asset to the team.

Kunthea
Kunthea is a local from Phnom Penh, she is a nurse and has been assisting our medical team on Village trips since early 2010. Her english is very good so she also helps us with translation.
